Ssssooooo
I hate emacs. I hate vi. I was always a pico girl.

I found nano and installed it. I am a happy, happy girl.

I get very frustrated with Emacs. It feels bloated, like using Microsoft Word to open and edit a simple text file. That and I never remember my cntrl K cntrl x or whatever. Nano just takes the extra cntl stroke out.

Vi gives me fits because I can't ever remember the damn commands. I have enough on my plate, I don't need to learn a new editor too. *whines*

I started out with pico, back in the days where pine was the default newsreader on jove at unt. I always switched my elm editor to /usr/bin/pico when I converted to elm and always changed my bbs editor to pico.

I used joe for awhile. It was also annoying a bit.. but it was closer to what I knew than vi or emacs.

So now pine is kablooey, I'm glad someone resurrected pico in the form of nano.
